I like how robust the Thomas are but they are too loud for me. I replaced mine with a ultra quiet 12v compressor. I have been running it for while with no issues. I cannot say how it will do in the long run but being that its a fraction of the cost of a thomas, I will probably buy a second one and keep it as a spare.

My 120v compressor is a gast and I am planning on moving it from the generator bay and replacing it with a California Air compressor. That project has been put on the back burner as I have been sidelined with getting some other projects done.
