We are looking to replace the mattress in our coach #512 (1999). I believe it is an olympic queen with rounded corners. Looking for suggestion on where to purchase and type suggestions.

I suspect you would have to go back to Newell or see who they used to make the mattress. I am assuming the are custom. Other option would be to buy memory foam and cut it yourself to match.
I have our mattress we replaced with a square mattress in 490 if you are interested. It’s in good shape I could get some photos of it.

we had one made with rounded corners by what has become brooklin bedding. dunno if they still make custom ones or not now
i would guess anything newell would do would be rather pricey
