i was rebuilding two six packs on a 99 and found that two of the 12 valves had the brass o ring groove on the small o ring that was distorted over the hole where the air goes in and out.  

i had two extra brass bodies to replace them with but something for you all to look for when you rebuild the valves.  may or may not be a source of leaks.  i suspect it was from putting the valves on too tightly.
