Is this a grease bearing or an oil bearing?

It's an oil seal bearing. I have the issue of the spindle resolved they have someone coming to repair or replace the spindle. They are. Ow having a difficult time finding a hub for this axle the brake surface is worn and cracked and may have an issue where seal and bearing race seat. Anyone know a source for this hub to fit on this ridewell suspension.
