Yes. The 110V compressor and fridge should be run by your inverter...but if you picture is current, it looks like the inverter is turned off.
I would (in this order)
1. Make sure inverter is turned on.
2. Make sure the AC breakers in the bay next to inverter are not turned off.
3. Check to see if the house batteries have been turned off. (switch right above the house batteries).
