Check for voltage drop at pedestal or even a bad connection on power plug. Use a infrared thermal gun or a Flir imaging to find hot spots. Resistance causes heat, which causes voltage drop, voltage drop causes increase in current which causes your breaker to pop. Your not going to get a lot of performance at those temps.
