Lack of maintenance adds up quick, my coach sat for 2-3 years and I am still bringing it up to date.
Anything rubber needs to be looked at. Airbags for these are not your average bags, lots of things like that can add up quickly. So even a fairly well cared for coach is going to have needs. Just have to decide how much you can handle.
Are you able to work on it yourself? If not then you can double the cost of most repairs if not more.
There is a section of the forum dedicated to what to look for when buying a Newell, I would suggest reading as much as you can there.
