Sad that we get excited when an actual person answers the phone anymore, let alone takes responsibility for their actions and really offers to make it right. But its nice to know these places still exist. Ill go out of my way to support a place like that.

Yea it’s a bit sad the bar is so low. 

Unfortunately the company that I work for decided to not have a person answer the phones a few years back. Of course most of the calls we get are spam calls but occasionally our customers call in on the land line. Now they have to navigate through multiple steps to get to my extension and most of my customers just call me on my cell phone now instead.
