I did verify that I am getting 24v on the W1 wire when the thermostat calls for heat. When I connect the thermostat up when heat is called for the fans come on in the bedroom (which I’m testing) and the pump #1 (closest to engine) comes on as I think it should. I’m going to run the AH on electric heat for a while and see if I can feel any heat coming out of the kick fan. 
No idea what all the other Red and green wires maybe 14 ga.? Are for…but they do have voltage to them from somewhere…
