Coach 1490 no running lights in toad

This is by design. Towing harnesses have diodes that act as a one-way valve that prevent any current from back-flowing into the toad’s entire electrical system. So, the harness is tapped into ONLY the tail/brake-light wires and the diodes are placed upstream thus preventing any possibility of powering anything else.

As I’ve mentioned, our coach must have the parking brake released for the brake lights or turn signal to work.  Steve, I found the brown in coach side plug was not getting any power, and this wire is for taillights (running lights). I’m going to Indio on the 19th. I’m going to have Newell look at it. I appreciate you very much!! Mike
