Some may be able to be extended. Coach 1482 has the non-removable ends thus not extendable. I made an adapter that fit on the nozzle with a hose clamp but it was a PITA. My solution was to install a Sanicon Turbo 600 macerator with 46' of hose connected plus I carry around 75' extra hose plus 100+ feet of lay flat hose.
The Waste Master hose is a great product but just didn't work for me.
