Is this the tag tire? If so I would think about bad shocks, or it could be just from scrubbing during turns. You may also want to make sure that the air bags are properly inflating. What is the age of the airbags on the tag, maybe they are leaking and not keeping adequate pressure on the tire allowing it to skid under braking. As others said check the inflation pressure is correct.
