Have no 12 v. power to reverse lights. I have checked fuse in front good, relay  good at battey box, replaced relay in transmission box, one i replaced a slightly burnt blade, still nothing. 
Anyone have any advice

I am not sure when you said you checked the relay at the transmission which relay you reference.

There are a number of relays in the electrical panel on the passenger side of engine bay. Newell did it that way to provide adequate power to the tail lights and trailer plug. Have you checked for a signal on the back up relay in that panel?

Yes i have, orange qire haa constant 13v, 2 brown wires 1 has 13v in reverse the other has no voltage. There is another pin there with no wire but has voltage. There is no voltage at reverse lights.

James, I no longer have a Newell to go out and verify the wiring. If my memory serves me, the orange wire is the hot wire, or permanent 12V. If you are getting 12V on one brown wire in reverse, then that will be the signal wire. If I understand this correctly, then the problem is likely a bad relay, a bad plug in for the relay, or a bad ground going to the relay.
