I have 1988 Coach 174.  I cannot locate the safe.  My 79 had the safe forward of the co-pilots seat.  I do not have floor plan for my new coach. It was my impression that they all had one somewhere.   Thanks   Pete

Look under foot of bed. Lift up mattress.

also, look under the entry steps. if there is a box welded there, the door is under the carpet

thats where my 90 had its safe

i have also heard they put them under the dinette

My 86 has the safe under the entry step, my 73 was on the floor in front of the passenger seat.

I had one, but cannot get coach to locksmith, and he wants $125 to come to my place and make key.
So, now I have a heavy square thing, under the bed.

it took the locksmith about 45 seconds to get mine open. it was good money for him for sure.
