chester, i will try that, but i had assummed that none of the "extra" wires in the bundle would be connected to any power.

i looked in the wire bundle in the rear closet dc panel but didnt find any extra wires. i have been trying to use a wire locater i bought but it is not strong enough evidently.

well, the search continues. i will try and call newell this week and see if they can help. i checked between the spare wires in the bedroom slide and the spare bundle in the compartment in the engine area and none of them were the same.
