Thank you for sharing this detailed account! I believe I am having the same exact issue - driver side front droops down more than the passenger side front! I rebuilt my solenoids a while back and am pretty sure they are all working properly but will check them again (ugh!)… My tire scrapes the fender the same way as yours was doing - I will try to adjust the REAR passenger drive HCV DOWN… will check results… I have some leaks in the supply side and will track them down asap.

So I have a new failure mode that has been driving me crazy on my coach and I finally figured out the problem by chance and luck. I have been having issue where the coach would not raise or lower to travel mode, the HWH display would say it’s in travel mode but the suspension was not adjusting accordingly. So I thought I had an issue with the six pack solenoids. I put my hand on the travel solenoid in the front and noticed it was not hot. Well I was right by the control box up front in the bay just below the driver so I decided I would check to see if maybe it blew a fuse. All the fuses were fine, but for some reason I thought to fiddle with the plugs were the wires go to the solenoids off the control board and “click” there goes the solenoids and I hear air start flowing. I was in a bit of a hurry to get on the road so i did not do much more investigation at that point, especially after I had just been under the rear of the coach replacing a brake relay valve because I could not air up. So a couple times I had to mess with that same plug on the control board to get the travel solenoids to get power. Well looking closer it appears that one of the pins that is soldered on to the board has gotten hot and has come loose. So I was basically pushing it back in where it would make connection. Only issue is bumps in the road etc are probably messing with the power to the solenoid. I have not yet fixed this, I am going to remove the board and try to solder the pin back on the board.

Given the heat that connection has had, I’d be strongly thinking about replacing the female square connector and the plastic housing. Otherwise that will fail again. I’m sure you’ve seen that in your Bird. I have in mine- both of them.

Had the same problem many years ago!
If you are having an issue with one corner dropping you will save yourself much time and frustration by using the air system isolator setup between the six pack and that corner. It will at least tell you which side of the sixpack the leak is on. Otherwise you are guessing and hoping
