I am assuming you have the Aiphone TD-H system. Is the chirping coming from one phone intercom unit or from all of them? The power is daisy chained so each phone intercom unit has a + and a - 12volt connection. Try disconnecting the power at each phone intercom unit. That should hush them up. Be sure to tape the bare wire ends since live 12 volt power inside the phone unit is not optimal. I would start in the bedroom or with the phone intercom unit that is chirping if it is not from all of them. If the master phone intercom unit is disconnected from power, all the others will no longer have power, including the door intercom.
