Gonna ask for the third time, cause it is super critical to diagnosing the situation.
When you get it to crank, do you see bubbles in the Davco? May be hard if you are solo, so use the rear start switches in the electrical cabinet in the same bay as the Davco.
Air can leak in from the primer. Were the O rings replaced before or after the first stall incident?
