Thank you both - I hear what your saying and all the research I have done here confirms it as well but, Simon I am not building a PIT 
I have a few leads here local (Texas) I would really like to have a "Newell specific" type inspector in my back pocket - you don't know what you don't know!
I have turn a few wrenchs in my life and completely maintained the 5 houses I have owned over the years (okay I didn't install the new AC's - so structure - plumbing and electrical doesn't scare me - not real intune to working with air system as I think air tools don't count.
