Hunter Douglas mounting brackets - bikestuff - 08-20-2021

Gurus,

I have a few extra mounting brackets for Hunter Douglas silhouette blinds.  These brackets are out of production and are easy to break if you don't know how they work.   I will be happy to send you one or two for the cost of mailing.

Bill

Hi Bill

Do you still have these brackets?
We are in need of the installation bracket that goes on the motorized end of the shade.

Thanks

Bill
The Hunter Dougles shad over my sink came down the other day. Do you have any of the mounting brackets left and how the heck do they work??? one end of my shade dropped and i ended up breaking the other end trying to remove the shade.
Thanks
Bruce

Not sure if Bill still has those brackets, but I recently broke a bracket and was researching replacements and I came across a bracket that may work. I have not had a chance to order them to see if it will work or not.

Jeff
I saw those same clips and was wondering if they would work as well

I looked for the brackets but they apparently are all gone. Sorry. I wish that I had photographed them better so that it would be easier to find replacements. As I remember, there are two different designs. One was a simple L shape and the other had a release mechanism with a tab that you slid to the side.

I ordered some and will report back if they fit.

If you can get me one of the broken ones, with all the parts. I might be able to have them recreated.

Good news!  (Maybe a little late)

Today I was searching for something and I ran across my bag of used mounting brackets.

I have attached a couple of photos.

I will be happy to send a few for the cost of postage.

i ordered the new clips Jeff has a link too in a previous post. They are the same as the original only difference is they are metal, and the release clip sticks out past the edge of the shade. They are now installed
